How can I get Adobe to unsubscribe me from a mailing list after changing my email address. I am now getting duplicate emails from Adobe to each email address but they both refer back to my Adobe account. The unsubcribe link in the unwanted email fails:
I already updated the account some weeks ago. All I need Adobe Support to do is to remove the old email address from their mailing list. I do not know of any way to send a message to Support to do this - account management isn't one of the recognised support categories.
