Update to Photoshop CC 2021

Newbie here...sorry for my ignorance.  I pay monthly for Adobe CC and it says my updates have been installed.  However, when I hope Photoshop CC it's stuck at version 2018.  I want version 22.1.1, especially for the sky replacement tool.  Can anyone help me?

You may have multiple versions installed.

Have you checked that you're opening the correct version? That is, you're not launching via a shortcut which still points to 2018?
