Use on second computer problem

I make a payment that allows me to use Adobe software on more than one computer (five I believe). This has worked fine for months but I cannot now use my second computer. I share this with my wife for her emails, etc, and last week I needed to access Photoshop. Because the software would suddenly not recognise me (I have made no changes at all) I had to open up a free 7 day Trial in her name to do what I needed. That has now ended and I desperately need to use my second computer, for which I am paying a lot of money. Does anyone know what I need to do to get Adobe to allow me to carry on? I must say the Adobe Help site is useless sending me round in Kafka-esque type circles, David Penney
