I've waiting for 2.5 hours for a 'chat' this normal?

1. Use a good browser like Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.
2. Log-in with your Adobe ID and Password.
   https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
3. Click the chat bot icon and type AGENT followed by Enter key.
4. A human should join within a couple of minutes.  If not, try a different device/browser.

I’ve just figured out how to use Safari.

The problem was on there end.

They did apologies it only took about 20 minuets to get things sorted.
