Was charged even after I cancelled my free trial early.

I contacted customer service when I alarmingly found out I was still being charged for Photoshop well after I quit my trial. I am a student and my funds are tight, and I wanted to try out a few adobe products before I committed. I found photoshop to not be what I need, and thought I would give indesign a try. I cancelled my photoshop trial within the allotted time, and yet soon after I was charged for a month. I found out that just to cancel the subscribtion I had intentionally prematurely ended my free trial to avoid I would have to pay 40$, which I completely can not afford to lose. After contacting customer service I was confusingly told I could be given indesign instead of photoshop for 3 free months at 15.99, after which I would still have to pay the same cancellation fee. This literally makes no difference, however the representative condescendingly told me that during this time I could learn the software and make the money back with my developed "skills for professional and earn the money through designing." Finally he agreed to cancel my photoshop subscription with no fee, however I lost $21 which I really couldn't afford to lose in the whole process of this mess. I do not think Adobe is a company I would like to support anymore.
