Adobe is providing "free" access to its Creative Cloud apps only if you are in education as a teacher or student. For institutions that give students access to Creative Cloud apps through on-campus computer labs, Adobe is enabling those students to work remotely for 60 days through a temporary "at home" access. This has to be set up through the school.

If you're having trouble making CC payments, contact support to see what can be done.  Each matter is handled separately and on a case-by-case basis.

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Get Started forum.

Adobe is also providing free 90-day trials/access to Connect, which is their web conferencing service. This is available to individuals and businesses and educational institutions. The trial limits the number of people who can participate in a web conference.

Be very careful to read the license agreements and any information on terms before accepting the license. It is your responsibility to cancel the trial before it ends if you do not intend to subscribe. Adobe automatically starts billing you once the trial ends, and Adobe also automatically rolls subscriptions over each year. Most subscription plans have an introductory pricing that is only good for the first year; the price will increase after the end of that year..

After reading through, it does appear that the process will not be easy due to extremely long wait times to speak with Adobe CSR, and as usual, there are strings attached. The devil is always in the details and things have to be made easy for those who already have a rough time.
Adobe has vast wealth and resources to truly give back to those who need it now in a much easier way.

"...things have to be made easy for those who already have a rough time."

Can I ask why you're so interested in what Adobe does during the pandemic?  Does this effect you personally or are you just being provocative for the sake of being provocative?

"...the process will not be easy due to extremely long wait times "

Call centers everywhere are having trouble keeping up with demand.  That's unlikely to change until the pandemic breaks.

These were reasonable comments to make, but I understand the need for you to take offense as an officer of these boards. I'm hanging in there, but I know many who aren't. I'm merely pointing that Adobe is one of the wealthiest software companies in the world and easilyb has the ability to rise to the occasion. I was reminded as I got my $600 bill, and was moving finances around.
Stay safe.

No offense taken.  Just wondering what your particular concerns were.

Everyone's situation is different (Teams/Enterprises, School & Universities, big businesses, small businesses, individuals, students, teachers, casual & professional users).  There's no one size that fits all.  That's why assistance programs must be handled on a case-by-case basis.
