what to do next

I have paid my subscription, I have made and verified my acount. I downloaded the installer and it opens a window to authenticated the acount, the acount signs in then nothing. what am I supposed to do next. It is doing nothing, there is no downlaoding going on and I just don't know what to do.

A strange question I know but, what sort of nothing is it doing? You need to be able to run the Creative Cloud desktop app. Is that what you downloaded, and does it run?
