I am using Creative Cloud
It says error 125 which suggests that I am not connected to the internet, which I am. I have tried and gone through all of the troubleshooting needed for this error. I have been direct to the site, it sees me and recognises me.
I have also been through this with IT staff, I have used the Limited Access Cleaner to solve the problem but no luck.
Why does CC think I am not online and do not have permissions? I have a work account.
Help,
I need to get stuff to students online ASAP.
