When I contact chat it says they are closed

I have a trial version of Premier Elements, supplied with Photoshop Elements 12.  When I attempt to pay to licence it, the button flickers, but I'm not taken to a new screen.  I attempted to use "chat" but despite the operating times being shown as 9.00 to 17.00 (it's now 16.30 on Thursday) it says it's closed.  I guess this is really a question for employees of Adobe, but they seem to have finished early today
