When is my product going to be activated?

dear friends 

please advice. Yesterday I have bought Abode Illustrator ( one month only)

however I will be able to install it only after three weeks from today.  The quesion is: whn does it expire?   in  a month from the date of purchase? or in  a month from activation and first use?  please advice. thanks  a lot in advfnce.

It will not expire. You cannot "buy for a month". If you buy the month-by-month program you need to cancel, on the last day of some month ideally.

If you did not specifically buy the Monthly plan (which costs more each month but which may be cancelled at the end of any subscription month) what you have is an annual plan with monthly payments... and you pay a fee to cancel after 2 weeks and before the end of your year

 

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription... With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal to check the status of your account.  If you purchased a monthly plan yesterday, it should renew automatically in 30 days unless you cancel it.
