rhollenstein, Hello.
Acrobat X is an old product.
As a result, it is no longer available for download.

https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/support-periods.html

As a result, the link may also be invalid.
Acrobat X licenses are no available in newer versions.

If you want to install Acrobat , Acrobat DC subscription is required.

Thanks but this answer is not acceptable. I paid for this product. Part of what I purchased then was the option to transfer my license from one device to the next, for which I need to be able to download the installer. You are now taking away from me this option that I purchased. Whether you are still providing technical support for the application or not is irrelevant, what is relevant is that I bought it and that you are taking away from me something that I paid for. Please make the necessary arrangements so that I can still download this product.

Good evening, rhollenstein.
Thank you for your reply.
However, I am not an Adobe employee.
One of the volunteers answering in this forum.
Therefore, it is not possible to meet the demand. sorry.

If you have purchased Acrobat X directly from the Adobe store, you can download it from the account management screen (a screen where you can see the serial number), but if it is a product obtained in a package at a store etc. This method cannot be used.
You need to look for the installation media that came with your purchase and consider how to purchase and install a USB-connected optical drive.

--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
--as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
--if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor
