Hi,

I have After Effects 2018 v15.1.2. I am trying to install Adobe Media Encoder but it looks like that both versions need to be same or AME doesn't work and gives the 'not installed' error. I already did install AME 2020 but it wasn't working for me as I am getting the 'not installed' error. Now, I am trying to get my hands on an older AME 2018. Now, do I have to find AME 2018 v15.1.2 so it can exactly match with my AE 2018 v15.1.2? Or any version of AME 2018 will be compatible? As far as Google searches tell me, AME 2018 doesn't have a v15. Please confirm.

P.S. Attached the images of the error I am currently getting with AE 2018 v15.1.1 and AME 2020 v14.3.1.

Hi

Not sure of the exact version that's available here, but it's for CC2018 if that helps
