Please take a look here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html

If this doesn't help we need more information about your system.

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of Adobe programs do you use?

Please post the exact version not only phrases like "newest" or "actual" or so.

Do you get an error message? If yes please post the exact message.

Thanks for the update. I tried the steps above.

Download the uninstaller. Uninstall the creative cloud app

Download the installer -> Install the creative cloud

At the installer completion I get the message There was an error with the adobe creative cloud  > Repair ?

I had the same message before , I click on repair and it repeats the same issue

closed the installer. closed the adobe creative cloud

Opened the cretaive cloud once more.

Blank window.

This is windows 10. I use the adobe cc  apps with autoupdate on. Can't check the version for the creative cloud but I just tried uninstalling and re installing the latest one. No changes

Rename the opm.db file.

  1. Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
  3. Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
  4. Launch Creative Cloud
