Who else has to spend hours on support for troubleshooting? Is this acceptable? Who else is frustrated with wasting an entire workday to open CC? Has anyone successfully gotten a refund for a month's service after untenable troubleshooting times?

Like most other companies, Adobe has fewer support personnel available right now due to the pandemic. Wait times are going to be a lot longer. There's nothing to be done about that if you're trying to get through to customer support other than be patient.

You could also try posting a description of your current issue here. We're not Adobe support, but there are lots of volunteers here who might be able to figure out what your problem is.

Be aware, though that this is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
