Did you try this? Uninstall or remove Adobe Creative Cloud apps

Or try this

- Remove every app form the app folder

- Remove everything Adobe from user Library and computer Libray

- Remove everything from the application support folder on both libraries (user and computer)

- Remove adobe preferences on both library

I'm having the same issue. Nothing happens when I click both the finder (through Utilities > Adobe Installers > Uninstall Adobe Photoshop 2021) and the Creative Cloud app. I have no other Adobe apps open as well.

Have you resolved your issue? Layers is greyed out. Trying to uninstall and is saying I need to close but no Adobe software is running.
