Its a shame Adobe to be unable to provide support for the accounts and payments !!!

Why it need to verify 5 times a credit card , charging it with 1 eur on each verification, and there is no button that I can go and pay my plan... no it proceed asking for card verification and charging 1 eur on each attempt....

Then I tried to find support at Adobe .... FAIL !!!! No support, no verification charges has been reverted ... nothing.....and still I can't pay for my plan!!!!!! I never saw so much difficult and messed support page like the Adobe one !!!!

Anyone that knows how to reach someone at Adobe ???

To add to John's response, please make sure to sign in with the e-mail tied to whatever Adobe product or service you are trying to make the payment adjustment for.  I reviewed the account you used to post to this public discussion forum, but the last interaction was in July.

You can also use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html to update any recent support cases.
