Will Adobe start taking money from credit card after the 7 day trial ends?

Hey guys,

Recently when I opened Premiere Pro using my student adobe ID a message pops up telling me to either buy a license or to start the 7 day trial. I was using Premiere Pro for free because adobe gave free access to students for a period of time. However I end up clicking "start trial" by mistake, at first I thought I could cancel "start trial" cause they would eventually ask for my credit card details to be able to start the trial. But this time adobe did not ask for credit card details instead they just says that I have successfully started the trial and it will end in 7 days. So I am just wondering will adobe start to take money from my card after the trial ends? I have linked my credit card using personal email but not my school email.

Thanks so much)))

It looks like you have started your trial with your personal account. The trial asks for a credit card and the credit card will be charged after the 7 days. And you will have a subscription for a year...

"as using Premiere Pro for free because adobe gave free access to students for a period of time. " They didn't actually do that. What they did, for a limited time, was allow schools who were ALREADY PAYING to give access to the software to their students, at home, not just at school. This has come to an end.  (Not answering your question, I know, but putting the record straight).

Thank you for your reply. Yeah you are right, I was able to cancel the trial after 7 days.
