Windows 10 required for Oct 2020 PS, LR Classic CC updates

Windows 7 users won't be able to upgrade to Photoshop 22 or Lightroom Classic 10

Up until the most recent updates, Windows 7 was fine.  Not anymore.  Minimum Windows OS requirement for Photoshop is now version 10 release 1809, for Lightroom Classic version 10 release 1903.

Note:  Camera Raw (v13.0) updated just fine on my Windows 7 machine.

You wrote kown facts. But what's your question?

Windows 7 and the early versions of Windows 10 are outdated version that will not more supported by Microsoft. If you'll work with Creative Cloud applications you need a connection to the internet and unsupported operating systems represents a high security risk.
