XD Will download but no other apps will. It keeps saying retry but fails everytime. What computer version or app is abosolutely needed and prepared to download these apps.

minimum specs: Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements
if you have win 10 (64bit version 1809+), install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
