Wrong Program Installing

I have bought and paid for Adobe DC.  I keep getting charged for it.  Everytime I download and try to install, it keeps popping up Adobe Reader Touch.  I have cleared my cache, thinking this is the problem.  It continues to do the same thing.  Any suggestions?  I can't even find a "contact us" place on the website to "text" with someone.  Please help.

Where do you download it? There is no product called "Adobe DC" exactly, what subscription do you pay for?
