画像を好きな位置にはめ込みたい

独学でDreamweaver5.5にてホームページをつくってきました。

DreamweaverCC2019を使用するようになり、これまで出来た「AP Divを描画」の
ボタンが見当たらず困っております。好きな場所に画像を入れたいのですがどうすれば出来ますか?ご教授下さい。

Dreamweaver CC is not a click & drag design application like Photoshop.  It never was.   In 2013, Adobe saw fit to remove AP Divs or so called Layers because they were a horrible way to build web pages.  Results often produced usability problems.  And AP Divs have no place in modern responsive web design.  Dreamweaver CC is for experienced web designers who understand how to work with code.  See links below.

If you can't work with CSS and HTML, I think maybe Dreamweaver is not the right tool for you.
