画像パスの大文字＞小文字一括置換

現在、大量のHTMLファイルとそれに紐づく画像を処理していますが、画像ファイル名が大文字になっているものをすべて小文字に直す必要があります。

この際、少量であればローカルファイル一覧より手動で直しても問題ないのですが、ボリュームが多く手動で直していられないのが現状です。

画像自体は別ソフトで一括で小文字にするのは簡単なことなので、実質imgタグ内の大文字を小文字にできれば解決なのですが、DWは正規表現置換も\l(小文字化）は非対応の様でした。

正規表現の置換方法も含め何かしらいい方法はないでしょうか？

なお、ファイル名自体は変わっても構わないです。但し、ウィンドウズ標準のように()を使われると問題ですが。

The file name itself can be changed. However, it is a problem if you use () like Windows standards.

This is a nice little problem to solve by David_Powers​. He is much better at Japanese than any mechanical translator and he is a wiz with regular expressions. Please be patient and he will be along to help. This should not exclude others from chiming in.

I read it that he wants to rename the images witch is a job for Bridge but translation is a skill I'm no good at
