Continuo lampeggio del cerchietto (ex clessidra) in Dreamweaver anche se non si sta svolgendo alcuna

In Dreamwear 21.3 windows ed. il cerchietto (ex clessidra) accanto al puntatore del muse lampeggia in continuazione ed ininterrottamente anche se non si sta svolgendo nessuna attività. E' molto fastidioso e non si riesce a capire l'origine di questo problema e come stopparlo. N.B. in tutte le altre applicazioni Adobe, Photoshop, Premiere, etc. ciò non succede.

I can't reproduce it. 

• Which operating system?
• What type of file  -- HTML, PHP, CSS, JS...?
• Does this happen in Design or Live view?  Toggle between views with Ctrl + Shift + F11.

If it continues to happen, try Restoring Preferences.
