I just contacted chat tech support. First... I literally was just helped by some bot for like 15 minutes. Then FINALLY I was connected to an actual person. They were completely rude!!! I just paid a lot to start and will pay a lot more but oh no Adobe has to f^&king outsource their tech support to India. But I know from past experience, I am stuck for the whole year!?!?!? Literally, $660 but I had so much trouble even trying to install what I bought. WoW, Adobe... I'm actually a programmer with a master's degree. Maybe I need to lead your software development dept.???

Dreamweaver is on life support as it is in minimal maintenance mode, so I'm not sure what level of support you were planning to get. And I don't think you paid $660 for support. That to me sounds like the price of creative cloud subscriptions. They do offer actual support plans, but unfortunately that support is limited to volume licensing for plan admins ( https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.html ).

What issue were you experiencing? Depending on the error, you might be better off looking to a more robust solution for programming websites than DW espeically if you lean more to the programming side as opposed to the visual design side that also use DW.

It literally is 660 dollars because you can't cancel with Adobe for some reason. Not for support even. Did you even read my post? I had trouble like lots of trouble just trying to install what I just signed up for 660 dollars for a year and tech support was not only unhelpful but was rude and ended the "chat" abruptly. But thanks for thinking you know everything bro
