If resetting preferences does not work you may need to run the creative cloud cleaner tool which removes some files that the typical uninstaller may leave behind and then reinstall.  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

I don't know if Dreamweaver is compatible with macOS Ventura.  The system requirements do not mention Monterey much less Ventura. 😕

Dreamweaver is not receiving new features.  It's only minimally maintained now.

You may need to drop back to Big Sur or find another code editor.

Thank you for the reply, I've tried resetting preferences and run the creative cloud cleaner tool but both of them not worked.
