2017 FTP cannot sync

For some reason, I cannot get my 2017 FTP ("Files" window) to sync files - it always times out. All previous DW versions have been just fine. I can sync files using another software (i.e. Transmit) so it's not the FTP issue per se. Has anything been changed...?

Thanks for replying Preran but I cannot rely on a tool that does not do the job - it's a shame I used DW as my primary FTP client for since DW1...? Adieu!

Hi Kenneth,

While I agree that Dreamweaver's FTP has its quirks, we haven't seen many FTP related issues of late in DW. I suggest running through these troubleshooting steps if you are not to keen on contacting the support team.
