405 Method Not Allowed

I want to set up a test site on DW CS3 with a server model of ASP.NET VB on my local machine which is running Windows Vista (and therefore IIS7). I've also got a local test database running on SQL2005 Express.

I've set up DW to connect to this site and all is well until I try to create a connection from DW to the database. Whatever method I use to connect to the database I get the error "HTTP Error code 405 Method Not Allowed'. I know the database connection is OK because I can set up OLE DB provider connections to it outside of DW.

Am I missing something?

I am having the same problem. I am using DW CS3, MySQL Server 5.0 and a localhost solution, but I am running Windows XP pro. When I try to connect to the database I get a "HTTP Error code 405 Method Not Allowed'.

Did you ever find a solution?
