About Dreamweaver Templates

I searched the web for a car template and I found on httP://www.free-dreamweaver-templates.org. I clicked on the link and it seemed to take me to another site, I'm not sure if it's safe to buy from a site like this. The templates look really good but they don't seem to go with the rest of the site and the payment section is under a completely different domain. Any ideas?

I am not familiar with this site. The first question that comes to my mind
is why is a site calling itself "free dreamweaver templates" and asking if
you would like "free templates" when everything appears to be $55.00?

My thought is to buy from someone with a proven reputation if you are
wanting a commercial template. Here are a couple of good ones.
