Access level

I download develop toolbox for trail, but I don’t know way in login setting wizard the access level in database setting it is no active?

Is that because it is trial?

And can you explain well for what and in any case I can use access level?

Please your help ASAP.

Ummm... there's no access level setting in the login form wizard. Are you referring to something else perhaps? You set access level in the restrict access wizard or conditional region, etc. Take a look at ADDT help first it may help.
