Adobe Phone Assistance [DW CS4 on Win XP: Image editor preference will not save] - LOCKED

Does anyone know if there is any free phone assistance for adobe products, like dreamweaver, for products that adobe past adobe's free coverage period?

Depends on what assistance you're looking for but the answer is generally no. Adobe views these user to user forums as general product support.

Adobe Customer Care offers support for account enquiries and activation resets via Live Chat. Technical issues are generally handled in the forums.

Hi John,

Thanks for reply. I was have trouble trying to set in preferences on

win xp with Dreamweaver CS 4, the image editor for different file formats.

I know how to do it, EDIT/PREFERENCES/Select File Type/Make Primary/OK, but

it doesn't stay the next time I open DW.
