Advanced form - possible in html

Hi all,

I'm working on a site where visitors can rent djs, each dj has it's own page (bio photo etc) and a 'Book me' button that opens the booking-form. What I want is to automatically fill in the selected dj in this form. I think it should be done with php, but all suggestions are welcome.

It should be done with PHP (or ASP, or ASP.NET, or CF, or....).
