Allowing users to leave comments on articles

I have a website that I want users to be able to; rank articles, and leave feedback (or comments), or even write a basic blog. http://www.beatermag.com Beater Magazine is the name of my website, and you can check it out to get the gyst of it. I've tried using MX Kollection, but for some reason I can't get it to connect with my database. I know dreamweaver pretty well, so any input will be very appreciated.

You can email me directly too if you'de like @ nick_norris@beatermag.com

Also, I don't want people to have to sign up to leave a comment. Is that even possible?

It is, indeed. Be warned, though: spam merchants will have a field day.

That makes sense. I'm just having a really tough time setting up my database to my website. I have my information configured, but I get an error 400 when I try to connect the 2.
