ANN: foundationphp.com back online

Apologies to readers of my books, who have been unable to access the
resources on my site, foundationphp.com, for the past week or so. The
motherboard melted and the data centre decided to change the IP
addresses of the nameservers. The site is now back, although the IP
address might not have propagated to all parts of the internet yet.

There's a problem with the blog, but I hope to get that back up again in
the next day or two.
