Sadly, Dreamweaver will follow Gary Wright sooner rather than later,

February 1, 2024, Adobe discontinued the Creative Cloud desktop synchronization service and the folder and file sharing capabilities of Creative Cloud Synced files. So this is a logical extension to the phase-out.
I don't imagine many users will notice a change until they need to import synced settings. My settings are backed up in a safe place. 😁

When is this 21.4 version coming out? Hope they fixed the FTP problems.

There's no word yet. Check the What's New page for updates.

NOTE: If you don't want to suddenly wake up to 21.4, I urge you to disable automatic app updates from your Creative Cloud Desktop panel.

Yes, i checked the "What's New"page but nothing so far. So i hoped someone would know more since that they anounced that the sync settings will be discontinued with this new version.
Just hope that they fix the FTP problems. I don't want to use a third party software since i already pay montly for one ... I already tried all the possible fixes but no luck. Sometimes the FTP works and 5 min after not, strange behaviors!
Adobe, please, just pay 1 smart kid who understands Dreamweaver and coding a good salary to keep this app updated and working for us all. Can't be that hard ...?

Adobe contacted me by email and just had a videosession with Nayan from the Adobe Dreamweaver team and fixed the issue i had.
For others with FTP problems, here the fix that worked for me:
I had my ''Root directory'' input left empty, but we changed it to "web/"and everthing went back to normal. Thanks again Nayan for all the help!

Remote Server's Root Directory varies by hosting plan. When in doubt, check with your hosting provider.
