Any tools to monitor search engine rank?

I'm looking for resources that will allow me to track my search engine
ranking for various keywords daily/weekly etc

What I'd like to see is a list of my keywords and what my site ranks on
google/yahoo each day so I can see if my SOE is affective or if I need to
enhance my content.

I was doin some websearching and I actually remember something I trialed a
long time ago but totally forgot the name. Hopefully someone can help me out
here. I found this one program and the interface is what reminded me about
it.

The program I'm talking about was free but limited or paid unlimited. Even
though this one looks similar I'm certain it wasn't called highdots.

Any leads to help me refresh my memory or other recommendations appreciated.
