Any ways to avoid "Click to activate and use this control" message in IE.

How do we avoid "Click to activate and use this control" message and the white frame around flash sections of my site when viewed in IE. I work with Dreamweaver8 and incorporate swf files from flash Pro8.

It's IE-only behaviour as a result of changes Microsoft made last
year to their browser, regarding how Active Content (Flash, Quicktime etc)
is handled, after losing a high profile court case.
