ASP page crashes DW 8.02 WinXP2

I unable to work on this page within DW, as its code not only will crash an open DW session, but also prevent further launching. I have tried renaming the page, to no avail. As long as I have it in the site, it will stop DW from working. Sorry for the template attached to the code, but couldn' t remove it due to the above problem.

What are the [] around the field names for?

Well, they were placed by DW. However I've seen them generated by a SQL query in MS Access, as they are part of the full syntax in a query. Don't ask me why they don't appear in the other fields...
