I recently had a database driven page built for my the event page of my website to make it more user friendly by being sortable. (Prior to that, the page was a static html webpage which I built with Dreamweaver)
The new page is an aspx page: http://www.herefordequestrian.co.uk/whats-on/index.aspx
However, I am disappointed to find that some people cannot access the page now. I received this note from one disappointed website visitor:
"Its my blackberry enterprise software which limits the size that can be downloaded apparently. So anyone whose blackberry is filtered thro a server will have the same limitations..."
What I am wondering is, can those people view the page as a plain html page by changing the configuration on their smartphone? Or can you advise any other solutions?
Thanks in advance

Sortable? Do you mean filterable?

What do you mean? It is a plain html page that the server sends to the browser. I think the user is saying that the problem is that there is just too much html for the Blackberry server. You might want to just create a simple page for those users.

Yes I mean filterable.
