Bob Flynn, I need help with Lesson 9

I worked through the exercises in DW cs3, Training from the Source last year, but wanted to revisit a the SQL Chapters and see that the Developers Toolbox is no longer available.  It looks like the toolbox was incorporated into the CS4 release.  Is this correct?  Is there a CS4 resource for producing the XML data?

Not Bob Flynn, but Adobe Dreamweaver Developer's Toolbox (ADDT) was withdrawn from sale earlier this year (around April, I think). Its features were NOT incorporated into Dreamweaver CS4.
