Boostrap styles disappeared [Moved from Bugs to Discussions]

My whole website changed from having carousels and Navbar links to being all corrupted and looking like a version from the 2000s. How do I fix this problem and change the version back to the way it use to be.

This is not a Dreamweaver bug.  It looks like your CSS has gone missing. 

• Are you in DESIGN view or LIVE view?
• Did you define your local site folder? 
• Did you save your files to your local site folder?
• Did you validate code and fix reported errors?

Already did all of it, but it says this when I add a carousel to the page

Did you create a Bootstrap document before you tried to insert the Bootstrap  Carousel?  Bootstrap componenets won't work without Bootstrap CSS and JS scripts. 

Or perhaps you're using another version of Bootstrap.  As @BenPleysier said, we need to see your document's code (top to bottom) to give you better answers.
