Can Access Databases be used with Dreamweaver

You will need to convert it to MySql.

You don't need to 'convert' the database from MS Access to MySQL. However, MS Access is not very scalable and so you're better off with using a DBMS like MySQL, MSSQL, Sybases, Oracle, etc.
