Can Access Databases be used with Dreamweaver

I have created a database with Access, and am wondering if it can be used with a site created with Dreamweaver

You will need to convert it to MySql.

You don't need to 'convert' the database from MS Access to MySQL. However, MS Access is not very scalable and so you're better off with using a DBMS like MySQL, MSSQL, Sybases, Oracle, etc.
