Can not buy Dreamweaver

I have been using Dreamweaver for years but now when I want to purchase it I get this answer:

This product isn't available for purchase in your country or region (Iceland).

What is going on?

Adobe does not do business in Iceland for tax reasons. You can only buy their products from resellers.

I appreciate the policy causes difficulties for people in several countries, but that is a matter for the governments concerned.

All the resellers on that site deal only in government/education contracts.

You are right, there is no availability for individual licenses as yet in Iceland, you can only purchase team licenses from resellers.
