If you have updated your CS6 programs after installing the Adobe CC app, then the CC app 'takes over' your CS6 instalation as being part of the CC subscription.
The only way I have found to take back ownership is to de-register your CS6, uninstall all CS6 and CC programs, uninstall the CC app. Then run the Adobe cleaner tool to remove all traces of the CS6 and CC instalation. Do not forget to back-up any site definitions, etc before doing this.

Once you have done all that reinstall what you require, bot do not select to update any of your CS6 programs via the CC app. This means that for Dw there are no updates.

I found that I had to uninstall all CS6 programs.
I tried it with just uninstalling Dw, but fireworks remained locked as a CC subscription, (gave up trying uninstalling individual programs after that) so I uninstalled everything from CS6.

Legacy CS6 is outdated software. The web has changed a lot since 2012.
You really should be using a modern code editor that understand's current HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript code.
If not Dreamweaver, then something else.
