Can't put my site on hosting server

Hi,

When I try to put my site up online, there is a pop-up window for two seconds before it goes away. I can't put any pages, files, photos or anything up. What is happening and how do I fix it?

Then all the pages say not transferred

Check your remote site definition in the DW site definition and the troubleshooting section of this tutorial - http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/first_cs4_website_pt6.html.

Also ensure that DW is not being blocked by your firewall.
