Cannot display web page after reinstalling XAMPP

Happy New Year.

You gave me  this link for problem( F12 key isn't working) i had, be able to fix it before
Since yesterday i read n read, but can find my mistake PLEASE HELP.

Yesterday i had to reinstalled the XAMPP but can't open the web page for http://localhost.

On my XAMPP Control panel shows that Apache and Mysql are running,

Aslo when i click on " Admin" getting this message " cannot display web page"
