Cannot install any Dreamweaver Extensions

I am having an issue installing Dreamweaver extensions. Everytime I try and install an extension be it Dreamweaver 8 or Dreamweaver CS 3 I get this error which says Cannot Update a file. The extension will not be installed. I'm not sure how to solve this. I have tried installing and uninstalling Dreamweaver 8 and Dreamweaver CS 3 and the same error for both. I am running WXPSP3. Any help would be most appreciated.

I am having the same problem, but with Dreamweaver CS3 -9. Have you figured out the problem?

The only thing that worked for me was to use a different windows profile and then I could load the extensions. I think it is something with the operating system.
