Coldfusion shortcut icons in toolbar for CS5?

Hi All~

I just got DW CS5 and can't figure out how to get the ColdFusion icons for the code shortcuts to appear in my toolbar. In CS4 they appeared in tabs across the top of my code window but I'm not seeing how to get them to appear in DW CS5.

Anyone?

Make sure you set the server up as ColdFusion.

Window > Insert (Apple key + F2).
