Conditional Form Validation

I've looked at several commercial form validation extensions, but none I've seen offers the ability to validate one field based on the contents of another field. The closest I've seen is requiring a field to have the same value as another field, but that's not what I'm looking for.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

The WA Validation Toolkit gives you the ability do this. We call these
Response Validations and you can learn more about them at the web
address shown below.
