create interactive testing

I need to create an online test for our intranet. An employee will enter answers into a form laid out as a questionaire. The answers need to be validated when the test is completed, scored, displayed, and archived.

I understand how to create the form and save input but I am not sure how to add the middle piece of grading the test.

Has anyone created this type of app?

Very nice Mick, that's what I am looking for. I am a very junior programmer. Does Dreamweaver have built in functions for creating that code or am I adding in code?
