Cross Browser Problems

Hi There

Hope someone can help.

I have built http://www.plusonetesting.co.uk/energy_site/index.php

It has a CSS reset but for some reason in Chrome the wrapper seems to jump a few pixels to the left when you move to

Any advice guidance would be gratefully received.
